MORE POWER - The efficacy of 635nm technologies depend on the amount of light being delivered to the adipose tissue; the Contour Light emits far more light energy than any other similar device and utilizes both 635nm and 880nm wavelengths. The 4 large light pads each are 28" x 12" in size, made of soft, flexible material with 816 LEDs per pad. The 2 arm pads are 20” x 9” in size and incorporate 416 LEDs per pad, while the face mask covers from the forehead to the décolleté and utilizes 836 LEDs. After extensive research and testing to determine the optimum spacing, the arrangement of the LEDs in the Contour Light pads proved to multiply the photonic energy being delivered, resulting in the highest amount of light energy concentrated in the subcutaneous tissues of any device in this category.
HIGHER LIGHT RETENTION - More light is retained in the tissue due to the proprietary reflective coating on the Contour Light pads: dermal tissue reflects mid-600nm light at a much higher rate than other wavelengths and our reflective coating redirects reflected light back into the tissue. EASY TO ADMINISTER - By utilizing these soft/flexible, heating-pad-type of light arrays, the Contour Light treatment is simple to perform; just lay the pads on or under the patient and the pads stay in place.
LESS TIME PER TREATMENT - The 4 large body pads, 2 arm pads, and the face mask of the Contour Light system will cover the average sized patient from the rib cage to the lower thighs, front and back, both upper arms, and their face, with one placement of the pads; all other 635nm devices require multiple placements of their light pads, increasing the overall treatment time, operator time/involvement, and treatment room/operator costs.
MORE SANITARY WITH LESS EFFORT - The required cleaning between patients of the 6 light pads of the Contour Light system is much easier and faster than cleaning 8, 16 or 24 light paddles of the other devices. The Contour Light system includes slip-covers for the light pads that join an FDA-certified biocompatible clear vinyl to a nylon mesh layer; the clear side of the cover allows the light to effectively penetrate to the patient’s skin while making it very easy to clean between treatment sessions. The nylon mesh side allows any heat generated by the electronics to escape. The patent-protected feature of a “Velcro-like” hook and loop strip that is built into the mesh side of these covers enables the operator to tightly secure the pad around the patient without the need for a separate elastic strap.
